What should I bring to class?

  • Yoga Mat. If you forget yours or do not have one, we have yoga mats available for rent (suggested $1 donation).

  • Water Bottle.

  • Comfy clothes.

  • Any props you may want (optional). We have bolsters, blocks, and straps for you to use during class.

Are there change rooms?

No, but there are 2 accessible washrooms in the hallway and one washroom inside City & Soul.

 

Where do I park?

The building has a parking lot on the north side of the building. There is accessible parking available in this lot. In addition, there is ample free street parking.

 

Do I need a mask?

Please follow the local bylaws and regulations regarding indoor masking. Information about mask can be found here: https://www.alberta.ca/covid-19-public-health-actions.aspx

Are there showers?

No.

 

Which entrance should I use?

Our entrance is on the east side of the building. As you come in the door, turn left for the elevator or right for the stairs. We are in suite #202 which is on the 2nd floor at the end of the hall.

 

Are there lockers?

No. However, there are deep shelves in the yoga studio to store your belongings as well as hooks on the backs of all the appointment rooms.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Our building has an elevator as well as wide hallways and doors.

 

May I take pictures?

Yes! As long as your photography is not disruptive (ex. during class or of others who are in session with one of our holistic practitioners). Please tag us @cityandsoulco on Instagram and as City and Soul Wellness Collective on Facebook in any photos you share on social media!
