Shelley Cormier

Shelley Cormier is the founder of Parati Yoga & Wellness and creator of The Do It For You Method™. A self-love coach, yoga and meditation guide, sound healer, and retreat leader, Shelley has lived through burnout, trauma, and the identity loss that comes from putting everyone else first. As a medical mama, she had to remember who she was — the hard way.

The Do It For You Method™ was born from that healing. It’s a lifestyle rooted in self-love, movement, rest, reflection, sound healing, and connection — practices Shelley fully embodies, having immersed herself in over 100 hours of ceremonies and rituals this year alone.

Through Parati Yoga & Wellness, she leads retreats across Canada, Mexico, and Costa Rica, creating intentional spaces for women to slow down, reset, and rise. Beyond the retreats, she continues to foster a sisterhood community — a circle of like-minded women from her SHINE retreats, classes, and gatherings — where connection, support, and belonging thrive.

Shelley will be bringing yoga classes, sound healing, a blend of workshops, and ceremonial collaborations with other practitioners to City & Soul — including cacao ceremonies, tarot and oracle readings, and community circles.
