Echo Mah

Oak & Moth is a massage therapy practice rooted in the balance between strength and softness. As a Registered Massage Therapist, Echo offers intuitive, therapeutic treatments that support the body’s natural ability to heal and regulate. Their approach blends clinical knowledge with a calm, attentive presence, creating a space where clients can release tension, reconnect, and restore. Each session is tailored to individual needs, whether seeking relief from pain, support through stress, or a deeper connection to the body.

Echo has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2013. Their work is further informed by a background as a Reiki Master and Teacher (2009) and Shamanic Practitioner (2010). Since 2019, they have also collaborated in the growth of Etana Wellness—ranked the #1 wellness center in Canmore—where they continue to offer care alongside their private Edmonton practice. They have shared this work through teaching at retreats across Alberta and internationally in Bali, most recently at the Rockies Restorative Retreat in Canmore.

Echo is a firm believer in the body’s intuitive knowing and its innate ability to heal. When we are given the opportunity to be supported and held in a safe, intentional space, profound shifts can occur. They are passionate about supporting each person in reconnecting with their inner awareness, stepping into their personal power, and moving toward greater health, balance, and overall well-being.
